A Heavy Vehicle License (General License to Heavy) is required to operate trucks and semi-trailers over the legal weight limits.
When you apply for a commercial license in Saudi Arabia
Applicants for commercial heavy vehicle licenses must be at least 21 years old.

Drivers of light commercial vehicles, including small trucks and vans, can apply from age 18.
