If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

This platform is not affiliated with any Saudi government authority.

2. Free Trial Terms – 1-Day Full Access

Users may activate a 1-Day Free Trial that grants full access to all premium practice tests.

Activation may require submitting billing details based on the payment provider used.

If the user does not cancel before the end of the 24-hour trial period, the plan may automatically renew or charge.

Users may cancel anytime through the payment provider’s subscription management page.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment Terms

Plans may include:

• • Quick Plan – 30 Days
  • Smart Plan – 90 Days
  • Pro Plan – 180 Days

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways.

We do not manage, store, or access your card information.

Recurring plans will renew automatically unless canceled.

4. Subscription Management, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions and recurring payments are managed exclusively through PayPal.

Users must manage and cancel their subscriptions by logging into their PayPal account and stopping the active subscription under
PayPal Account → Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments.

Once a subscription is canceled in PayPal, no future charges will be made.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

• • Duplicate charges
  • Erroneous or incorrect billing caused by a system error

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• • Failure to cancel before the end of a free trial period
  • Partial or full use of a subscription
  • Forgetting to cancel an active subscription
  • Dissatisfaction after accessing digital content
  • Renewals after prior successful billing cycles

Website Subscriptions (PayPal)

• • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the user’s PayPal account
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only
  • Access remains available until the end of the current trial or paid billing period
  • Deleting a website account does not automatically cancel an active PayPal subscription

6. No Government Affiliation

SaudiDriversTest.com is an independent educational website.

We are not endorsed by:

• • Ministry of Interior – Saudi Arabia
  • General Directorate of Traffic
  • Any official licensing body

Practice tests are for training only and do not represent the official exam.

7. License of Use

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to:

Users may NOT:

• • Copy, download, or redistribute content
  • Upload materials to other platforms
  • Share login details with others
